Awarded for delivering the best service and achieving the highest scores for overall satisfaction. This award came after face-to-face interviews conducted by Coalface Consulting throughout the country measuring, frequency of calls, effectiveness of calls and overall satisfaction.
2003 - Microsoft Award for Overall Excellence at Internet Connect
A Microsoft Business Solutions yearly customer event, this award recognises a customer who has demonstrated extraordinary efforts within multiple award categories.
Microsoft Award Script: "This organisation has coordinated two key solution partners to develop together an integrated Navision warehouse management solution. That's teamwork. They have been innovative with the use of voice picking and wireless PDAs for sales force ordering. They are evangelistic as a reference site and have been highlighted as an MBS case study"

Clients voted for their preferred company in the categories: manufacturer, distributor, retailer. Masterpet was nominated under the distributor category.
