Masterpet started and remained its head office and the distribution centre in Wellington, New Zealand. Since the full take over of Pets International Ltd it has also set-up a main office and a distribution centre in Sydney. There are also sales offices and showrooms in Wellington, Auckland, and Christchurch in New Zealand. In Australia it is in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Two interlinked high-stud facilities are located close to M4 for prompt services to Sydney Metro, Queensland, Victoria and other states.
Building one: Australia head office reception, customer services, accounts, IT offices and two level warehouses, and picking warehouse for client orders.
Building two: Showroom, customer bar, bulk stocks to support building one, stock seven pallets height.
