I have worked at Masterpet for 7 years. I manage all IT and telecommunications-related activities for Masterpet NZ and Australia. They include setting IT strategies, vendor management, IT procurement, project management, system design and maintenance, and software development. The fast-changing nature of the IT world is both challenging and enjoyable. There are no dull moments!
I enjoy working with staff and customers, seeing them using the system and benefiting from facilities the IT department has been able to provide.
Masterpet is a progressive company with a vision to grow and to help its customers to grow within. I like the people and the fact that it is a family business. There is little office politics at Masterpet and staff are generally willing to help each other.
Masterpet management is extremely supportive of IT initiatives and willing to invest with good results in technology. Due to its size and management structure at Masterpet, business decisions are quickly made. This encourages staff to come up with ideas that create efficiency.
